The numbers that have attracted attention after 4 days of "booming" tourism in Phong Nha - Ke Bang have become a highlight.

During the April 30th and May 1st holidays, Phong Nha - Ke Bang welcomed a significant increase in visitors, with many attractions fully booked, recording remarkable numbers.

On the evening of May 3rd, the Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park Management Board (Quang Tri province) announced that during the four-day holiday (April 30th to May 3rd), this world natural heritage site welcomed a large number of tourists, with many routes and attractions constantly crowded, especially during peak hours.
According to statistics, the total number of visitors reached over 41,400, including over 38,600 domestic tourists and over 2,800 international tourists; total revenue is estimated at over 12 billion VND.
Specifically, the Phong Nha - Ke Bang Tourism Center welcomed and served over 26,700 visitors; Thien Duong Cave eco-tourism area welcomed over 11,200 visitors; and Ozo Treetop Park attracted over 2,100 visitors.


The number of visitors increased sharply, peaking on April 30th, May 1st, and May 2nd with nearly 40,000 arrivals. The Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park Tourism Center alone served over 25,400 visitors at its managed routes and sites; the Thien Duong Cave eco-tourism area welcomed over 10,000 visitors.
Many prominent destinations continued to attract visitors, such as Phong Nha Cave - Tien Son Cave, Mooc Stream, Chay River - Dark Cave, Thien Duong Cave, Hava tourist area - Jade Valley, and Command Cave… recording stable visitor numbers, with many times fully booked.
To meet the increased demand, the Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park Management Board mobilized maximum manpower and resources, and implemented comprehensive reception plans.
Leaders from various units were directly on duty at tourist routes and sites to promptly handle any arising situations. Strengthen inspections of transportation vehicles and equipment to ensure the safety of tourists.
At the same time, the unit closely coordinates with functional forces and local authorities to ensure security and order, regulate traffic, and prevent prolonged congestion at "hot spots," contributing to ensuring a safe and civilized holiday.
