HOI AN – HUE CITY TOUR

In the morning:
7:00 Come and welcome at your hotel in Hoi An.
Then depart to Hue city. On the way, tourist stop at Hai Van Pass where is renowned for its scenic beauty. Presenter Jeremy Clarkson, host of the BBC motoring programme Top Gear, featured the pass during the show’s 2008 Vietnam Special, calling the road “a deserted ribbon of perfection-one of the best coast roads in the world. Hai Van Pass has been of major strategic importance in history of Vietnam. (15 minutes here!)
Hue City Tour From Hoi An
10:30 Arrive in Hue city where the quintessence beauty converges here for centuries, especially was former capital of 13 Reigns of the last dynasty in Vietnam.
Tourist will visit Minh Mang Tomb (was the second emperor of the Nguyễn dynasty of Vietnam, reigning from 14 February 1820 until his death, on 20 January 1841). This majestic tomb is renowned for its architecture and sublime forest setting. The tomb was planned during Minh Mang’s reign (1820–40) but built by his successor, Thieu Tri. Minh Mang's tomb is in An Bang village, on the west bank of the Perfume River, 12km from Hue.
Hoi An - Hue City Tour
11.45: Continue to visit Khai Dinh Tomb (12th King, dating from 1925, this is the best preserved of the lot and, while comparatively compact, quite grand at first sight). Achitecture buffs will spot some European influences.
12.30: Have lunch in a beautiful and old restaurant.

In the afternoon:
13:30: After lunch, continue to visit Imperial City and Fobbiden Purple City, the formal imperial seat of government and Hue’s prime attraction, this is a great sprawling complex of temples, pavilions, moats, walls, gates, shops, museums and galleries, featuring art and costumes from various periods of Vietnamese history.
Hue Tour From Hoi An
15:00: Visit Thien Mu Pagoda (Heavenly Lady sanctuary temple) is a historic temple in Hue city. Its pagoda has seven stories and is the tallest religious building in Vietnam. The temple is often subject of folk rhymes about Hue, such is its iconic status and association with the city. It is regardes as the unofficial symbol of the former imperial capital.
After visit Thien Mu Pagoda, get on Dragon Boat for sight-seeing along Perfume River on the way back to Hue City Center. 16.00 transfer to Hoi An.
18:30 - 19:00: Arrive in Hoi An City center, our tour guide and bus will take tourist back to hotel.
